SECRETARY/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Redempta is a Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya. Other academic credentials include PhD (on-going), Project Planning and Management-University of Nairobi, Masters in Arts, Project Planning and Management- the University of Nairobi. She is also a First Class holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Certified M&E Professional-Kenya Institute of Management. Other trainings include inter alia; Strategic Leadership and Development Programme, Senior Management Course-Kenya School of Government, Public Sector Finance Management-KSG, and Results-Based M&E.

Prior to this assignment, Redempta served as a sub-county administrator (2014-2017), Chief of Staff, Office of the Governor (2017-2019) and Ag. Director, Project Management, Monitoring &Evaluation in the County Government (2019-April 2022) in the County Government of Makueni.
