Boards Committees are Responsible for Developing Policies, Providing strategic Direction, Leadership and Oversight to the Secretariat on all Matters relating to Human Resource in the County.

3. Training and Development, Monitoring and Reporting (T&D) Committee
4. Performance, Risk and ICT (PRIC) Committee

2. BOARD SECRETARIAT

The Secretariat is headed by Boards CEO and is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and ensuring efficient implementation of the Boards Mandate. Currently Comprises of;
