Consultative meeting with Chief Officers on Human Resource matters

The Board today held its 6th consultative meeting with County Chief Officers at the MCPSB Boardroom. Discussions centered on key human resource matters including staff promotions and career progression, training and capacity building among other emerging issues. The forum also offered an opportunity to address staff concerns and agree on practical ways to boost employee motivation, strengthen professional development and ensure compliance with public service regulations.
