High-level consultative meeting by the Council of Governors for Chairpersons of CPSBs
The Chairman of the Makueni County Public Service Board Mr. Benjamin K. KasaMBA joined fellow County Public Service Board Chairpersons from across the country in a high-level consultative meeting convened by the Council of Governors to deliberate on critical Human Resource matters in the context of devolution. The forum brought together key stakeholders, including H.E. Kagwe of Nyeri, the Chair of the Council of Governors HR Committee, the CEO of the Council of Governors, Ms. Mary, Mr. Paul Annan of GIZ, among others to share insights and strengthen collaboration in public service management.
The meeting provided a valuable platform to address emerging HR challenges, harmonize policies, and enhance efficiency in county public service delivery. Makueni County Public Service Board remains committed to adopting best practices and contributing to progressive reforms that will strengthen human resource management and service delivery for the benefit of all citizens.
