The County Public Service Board is an independent body established under Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 57 of the County Governments Act, 2012, with the mandate to establish and abolish offices, appoint qualified persons, confirm appointments, exercise disciplinary control, and advise the County Government on human resource management and development.
