Staff welfare engagement with the Department of Transport, Roads, Infrastructure, Public Works and Energy

The Board remains committed to engaging relevant stakeholders to address staff welfare and promote effective service delivery.

Today, the Board held an engagement with the departmental leadership of Transport, Roads, Infrastructure, Public Works and Energy to deliberate on key human resource matters, including staff promotions, Staff Performance and other issues affecting Employee Welfare. The engagement reaffirmed the importance of constructive dialogue and collaboration in fostering a motivated, productive and efficient public service.
