Career Guidance and Mentorship at Mwaani Girls High School

The Board engaged Form 3 and Form 4 students of Mwaani Girls High School in a Career Guidance and Mentorship session as part of its Performance Contract commitments aimed at supporting youth development and community engagement.
The session provided an opportunity to expose the learners to diverse career opportunities within the public service and other professional fields, while also offering guidance on subject selection, tertiary education options, and emerging career trends.
During the interactive engagement, Board representatives led by the Board CEO Redempta Kavindu shared practical insights on career planning, leadership, ethics, and professionalism, encouraging the students to remain focused on their studies and to make informed decisions about their future.
The mentorship session also sought to motivate and inspire the learners to pursue their academic goals with confidence, while helping them understand the wide range of professional opportunities available to them.
The Board appreciates the administration, teachers, and students of Mwaani Girls High School for their warm reception and active participation during this meaningful engagement.
